Service Description
Discover a different perspective on life with our 8-week Mindfulness for Life course at Mindful Beti. Our science and research-based programme helps you to focus on the present, enabling you to redress the balance in your life with a range of techniques, from traditional practices to Cognitive Behavioural exercises. Join us today and start your journey towards better well-being and a more mindful life. Class format: We will be engaging in various exercises together. From traditional to informal practices. We will also have brief discussion sessions in between which participants are encouraged to join in. However, it is absolutely ok too if you wish to sit back and listen to others. There will be home practices to help you with continuity of learning and personal development. Audio recording and digital participant handbook provided. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no class on 23rd February due to half term.
Cancellation Policy
If you have not commenced the event, you have a statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund, within 14 days (cooling off period) of submitting your application. If you commence the event during the 14-day cooling-off period, your right to cancel with a full refund is withdrawn and you will be liable to pay the full fee. In addition to your statutory rights, you may cancel up to 4 weeks before the event start date. A minimum administrative fee of £30 for UK transactions / £50 for outside of the UK. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event start date, you are liable to 100% of the overall event fee. All cancellation requests must be emailed to Mindful Beti at mindfulbeti@gmail.com.
